The market in Belize City, although there are probably many markets in Belize City, is right next to the bus terminal. That’s how I found it. I wandered through the streets, looked around and passed the bus terminal because I wanted to double-check the departure times to the place where the ferry to Caye Caulker leaves from. That’s when I discovered this lively and cute local market, which was buzzing with life.

Go or not? You can stop by, but you don’t have to. If you want something to eat or a fruity or other snack, the market is of course the place to go.
