Mérida was the first city where I really felt at home. It was the first city where I arrived, visited
Mérida is an incredibly charming and cute little city in Yucatán, which manages to let tourists and locals coexist harmonically. Mérida let’s you get to know, in case you are willing to, about the Maya culture and newly awakes after sunset. With that meaning a lightshow, displaying the history of the city, a historic game or dance of the Maya and a dance at the end of the day to finish off nicely. During the weekend there’s also quiet some party vibe going on. Mérida is really very lively for it’s size! 😀
