Maastricht - Small, quiet & sweet
Maastricht is a sweet and cute dutch small city, just across the border from Germany. It’s pretty much a perfect day trip destination from Cologne, but also well worth a visit if you’re in the Netherlands. Maastricht has everything you need: a river to chill by, a few cute churches, a pretty big park with a really cool view at the end and a cute centre with a shopping mile and a candy shop 😛 ;D

Vrijthof
The central main square of Masstricht. In the middle of the centre and with a little more sun in spring/summer definitely also friendlier than it might appear on this picture.

Have you ever been to a place where you couldn't even see the hand before your eyes? Pretty scary, but also really cool! 😀
Viewpoint
An industrial area with a mysterious atmosphere close to the undergroundtunnels. Pretty far off the beaten path, but also an absolute surprise.
The Maas
There is nothing better than a beautiful, relaxed and chill walk along the water. Same counts for Maastricht.
