San Miguel de Allende has several viewpoints. This one is located slightly outside the centre, quite randomly on the road, but offers a really nice view of the cathedral of San Miguel de Allende and the city. As you can gain altitude quite quickly in San Miguel de Allende due to the kind of steep streets, you climb up a few steeper streets to get to the viewpoint and then it lies at the side of the road behind a – for me – chest-high wall in front of you. It’s not huge, but it’s very beautiful and really cute. It’s also on the way to a few other cool sights in San Miguel de Allende 😊
Go or not? Yes, I think you should go. Even if you’re only there for one day it’s a great opportunity to take a stroll through the streets outside the centre of San Miguel de Allende. And you can also take some nice pics 😊
